Boat Party Weekend consists of a series of festivities all aimed around having a good time & meeting new people. The weekend typically culminates in a Saturday night "boat party" along the Ohio River. This year organizers may have additional tricks up there sleeve with the introduction of a "Sunday FUNday" initiative but you'll just have to stay tuned to see if the third day of RCR weekend comes to fruition!
SO WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST TIME ATTENDING THE RCR?
First of all, WELCOME to all RCR "first timers"!!! You can expect Al Washington's best production in 8 years (with assistance from some of the best friends a man could ask for)! In 2009, the RCR is much more than "just" a boat party- It's a weekend of activities!
Your physical ticket to the RCR inludes the following*:
- An extended FOUR-hour "YACHT" cruise (Saturday night)
- A FOUR-hour open bar
- The BEST DJ in the Midwest
- HORS D'OEUVRE Ensemble
- Access to RCR photo re-cap
- The opportunity mingle with some of the coolest people you'll hang with all summer
- Guest list admission to The RCR VIP Pre-Party (Friday)

You can expect to meet great new friends & perhaps catch up with people you didn't expect to see! You may even end up saying to someone "WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE? or HOW DO YOU KNOW SUCH & SUCH?!" After all, it's a small world AND EVEN SMALLER when you know Al Washington!
With maturity comes wisdom, I just happened to have both at an early age;) In 2009 I'm stepping up my game. I aim to deliver a true V.I.P. feel for the entire weekend so we're going to do things a little differently this year- it's all about quality versus quantity!
For starters , because everyone involved in making this weekend a reality TRULY plans on rolling out the RED CARPET for every attendee, I'm returning to the original name of "The Red Carpet Reunion!
You can expect the best that Cincinnati has to offer from hotels, to attendees to the yacht itself! It's no wonder "The Red Carpet Reunion" has become one of the most anticipated summer events every year it is held!
Just think...I do this for FUN! No one but the boat owner makes a dime off of this event. In fact I OFTEN put up a considerable amount of my own cheese to make sure things are the way I want them! Imagine what I would come up with if I got paid for it?
I will say that when tickets are announced, CONFIRM ASAP AS THIS YEAR TICKETS ARE GOING TO GO EXTREMELY FAST!
