Originally founded in '02 as by myself & Brett Billins, THE RED CARPET REUNION boat party started primarily as a one night Miami University reunion party for friends in the same social circle.
Since 2002 the weekend has become quite an event to look forward to! Because the party was such a hit, I made the decision that I wanted to hold it every two years. 2009 markes the FOURTH party. Yes, technically it was supposed to take place last summer but what's a man to do? I had to get PROMOTED & RELOCATED!
In 2004 we implemented a Hotel Room block as well as a group dinner.
In 2006 this bi-annual boat party became a TWO NIGHT event with a private party held Friday night for anyone attending the actual "boat party" on Saturday. The '06 party was officially called "The 6 Degrees of Separation" party because I invited my favorite people & allowed my friends to do the same. Therefore somehow or another EVERYONE at the party knew other people some way or another! The '06 cruise was phenominal attracting over 220+ friends & friends of friends!
With any luck this party will continue for years to come as the sign of a GOOD party is one that can evolve with the times!
